Ob die folgenden (Kriegs- und Nachkriegs)jahre nicht mehr bilanziert wurden, ist ziemlich unwahrscheinlich. Die Seiten 88 bis lfd. Nr. 104 sind jedenfalls von unbekannter Hand entfernt worden.
